Dolci Firme, a leading shoe store, is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for fashion. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience and that our store is always well-stocked and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Receive and unpack new stock, and ensure it is displayed correctly
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Other duties as require
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Passion for fashion and footwear
