✨ Content & E-Commerce Assistant

Part-Time | Flexible | Melbourne

Dolci Firme is a Melbourne-based boutique specialising in Italian-made luxury footwear. We are seeking a creative and organised Content & E-Commerce Assistant to support social media, styling, product photography and online store management.

This is a flexible 10–15 hour per week role with a combination of in-office (for content creation and styling) and remote work.

The Role

You will work closely with the founder to help bring our brand to life visually and digitally. This role blends creativity with practical e-commerce support.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Styling

  • Assist with styling footwear for content and campaigns
  • Capture product imagery and short-form video content
  • Support content planning and scheduling
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual platforms

Social & Email

  • Assist in preparing Instagram posts and reels
  • Support the creation of weekly Mailchimp campaigns
  • Help maintain brand tone and visual aesthetic

E-Commerce

  • Upload and manage products in Shopify
  • Assist with product descriptions and tagging
  • Support basic reporting and online merchandising

Who This Role Would Suit

  • Has a genuine interest in fashion and presentation
  • Has a strong eye for detail and visual styling
  • Is comfortable using social media platforms
  • Has experience (or willingness to learn) Shopify and Mailchimp

Experience level is flexible — we value attitude, aesthetic sense and reliability as much as formal experience.

Hours & Structure

  • 10–15 hours per week
  • Mix of in-office and remote

Remuneration- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for fashion. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience and that our store is always well-stocked and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on products
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Receive and unpack new stock, and ensure it is displayed correctly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Other duties as require

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Passion for fashion and footwear
